Shipping and delivery

Delivery within New Zealand

Standard delivery is free when the goods total after any discount reaches NZ$75. Below NZ$75, delivery is NZ$25.

Express Shipping is also available at NZ$25, including on orders eligible for free standard delivery. Contact us before choosing this option for a deadline; a faster arrival date is not guaranteed.

Estimated timing

The stated NZ delivery estimate is 5-7 days, after 24-48 hours for order handling and processing. Timing may vary by location and courier conditions.

Tracking and split parcels

Tracking information is sent after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate packages for logistical reasons. Use Track Your Parcel or contact us if you need help.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Let us know if your delivery does not arrive or arrives damaged. We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange the remedy required by law. Please keep packaging and any relevant photographs where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Change-of-mind fees and time limits do not apply to a remedy you are entitled to by law.
