Limited liability and responsibilities

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Change-of-mind fees and time limits do not apply to a remedy you are entitled to by law.

Installation and product use

Use products as intended and follow supplied instructions. The buyer and installer should assess the mounting surface, curtain load and fixings. General guides do not replace a site-specific assessment. Seek qualified assistance where needed.

We take care with descriptions and availability. If an error affects your order, contact us so we can resolve it. We do not exclude responsibility for inaccurate descriptions or defective goods where the law makes us responsible.

Limits permitted by law

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude mandatory consumer remedies. You remain responsible for loss caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, subject to applicable law.
