Following your delivery
Every order ships with tracked delivery. As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. The NZ delivery estimate is 5-7 days after 24-48 hours for handling and processing.
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder first, then get in touch with your order number and we will resend it and chase the courier for you.
Enter your tracking code
Use the code from your dispatch email. It becomes available after the parcel is sent. Tracking is provided by 17TRACK.
